By hiring temporary workers, you enable optimal staffing in relation to the company's needs, which can therefore be very cost-effective for the business.

The company does not have to go through a costly and time-consuming search and hiring process. A phone call to us is enough to have a temporary worker in place within a short time. Registration in the employee register, occupational injury insurance, payroll processing, OTP, etc. are the responsibility of Personnel Services.

We have full employer responsibility for the temporary worker, and the company only pays for the time the temporary worker is present.



Human Resources is also responsible for sick leave and related layoffs.
